Agroha.net reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as modified. The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth below.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, the Site, and all information and/or content that can be seen, heard or otherwise experienced on the Site (the “Content”) are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other laws, and belong to Agroha.net or its licensors, partners, affiliates or third parties. You may use the Site, the Service and the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and print the free Tip of the Month for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that you will not otherwise download, copy, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, publish, or transfer any Content or information obtained from the Site or the Service or create derivative works from any Content or information obtained from the Site or the Service without first obtaining written permission from Agroha.net. You may not mirror or frame the home page or any other pages of this Site on any other web site or web page. You may not connect “deep links” to the Site, i.e., create links to this site that bypass the home page or other parts of the Site. You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without express written consent from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.

b. Downloading Files. Agroha.net cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection by software viruses or other harmful computer code, files or programs. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Site and the Services and the accuracy of the Content is solely and exclusively with you.

c. International Use. Agroha.net makes no representation that the Service or Content is applicable or appropriate for use in locations outside the United States. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and local rules regarding the transmission of technical data, acceptable contents and online conduct.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Agroha.net, its affiliates, licensors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Site, the Service, or the Content, or any violation by you of this Agreement.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the Content. 9. USER SUPPLIED INFORMATION

If you supply any information or material to Agroha.net via the Site, you guarantee to Agroha.net that you have the legal right to supply, post, or store such information or material and that doing so will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

a. Claims of Copyright Infringement. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent at Agroha.net, PO Box 296, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550.

b. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Agroha.net therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. Agroha.net does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected.

c. Enforcement/ Choice of Law/ Choice of Forum. Every provision of this Agreement will be construed, to the extent possible, so as to be valid and enforceable. If any provision of this Agreement so construed is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severed from this Agreement, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to these Terms of Use, Agroha.net's Privacy Policy, your use of the Site, the Service, or the Content (collectively, “Disputes”) are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Any Dispute will be venued in a state or federal court situated in New Jersey, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for that purpose.

d. Entire Agreement/No Waiver. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by Agroha.net of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients and partners. The Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services. This statement will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers' needs.

This statement discloses the information gathering process and the privacy and dissemination practices for the Agroha.net Web site. Agroha.net has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protect your personal privacy.

Agroha.net is a matrimony portal. Members create a profile and are then paired with a number of other members based on their pre-selected preference criteria. None of the information requested can be used by the public to identify a specific individual. This includes visitors, other members, anyone not employed by Agroha.net, its corporate affiliates, or the financial institutions we use to process membership fees.

Agroha.net's registration form requires users to provide contact information such as an email address and demographic information (such as zip code, age, or income level). Agroha.net also occasionally runs contests and conducts online surveys that ask visitors for contact information such as name and email address and demographic information such as zip code, age, or income level.

Agroha.net contains links to other Web sites and Agroha.net is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites.

Private, Public and Aggregate Information obtained by Agroha.net

PRIVATE INFORMATION is any information that allows others to contact a user other than through Agroha.net or allows the collection of information about the user other than what is displayed on the site. Private information is gathered from members. This information includes, but is not limited to: email address, IP address, first name, last name, and address.

PUBLIC INFORMATION is personal information that may be displayed on the site, such as gender, age and height, but cannot be linked to a particular user. Public information is personal information such as gender, age, ethnic background, appearance, and more. This information is meant to be seen by members and visitors to the site but cannot be used to identify a specific member by name, address, or other profile information. Members can post images of themselves but no identifying information is allowed to be posted with that image.

AGGREGATE: This is information we collect that is not personally identifiable, such as browser type and IP address. This information is gathered from all visitors to the site.

Use of Information Obtained by Agroha.net

PRIVATE INFORMATION: We use email addresses submitted by members when forwarding anonymous emails. Respondees' email addresses are not disclosed to the responder nor is any other personally identifiable information. We may use a user's email address to send news regarding our site or offers we feel appropriate to our members.  The user may choose not to receive email of this type by indicating upon joining up to not receive such mail or later at any time through our unsubscribe methods or by modifying their account information.
Email addresses may also be used in private correspondence with the user for customer service issues. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for services. All other private information submitted by the user is confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law or to protect members of Agroha.net. All private information can be updated or deleted by the user at any time.

PUBLIC INFORMATION: Public information supplied by the user is intended to be viewed by registrants and subscribers to the site. This information is used by registrants and subscribers for searching and matching purposes.

AGGREGATE: We use your server, IP address, and browser-type related information in the general administration of our Web site. It is not personally identifiable information and is not released to third parties.

Use of Cookies
We use Web site browser software tools such as cookies and Web server logs to gather information about our Web site users' browsing activities, in order to constantly improve our Web site and better serve our customers.
